Bukola Saraki Senate Recall: We Are Associated With No Political Party, Kwara Must Change Group Tells APC Chairman

The Kwara Must Change group, which last week announced the launch of an initiative to recall Senate President Bukola Saraki by his constituency, has affirmed that it is not affiliated with any party.

In a statement on Monday, the group said a statement being featured in the national press in which the chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ilorin West Local Government Area, Alhaji Suleiman Bala, stated that it is unknown to the party confirms its authenticity.

The group stated that its current effort to recall Mr Saraki is simply to exercise the right of the people to hire and fire a non-performing employee, in this case, the Senate President.KMC also noted that if Mr Bala, their "father" in APC says the group is not known to him, the reverse is the case with the group, whose members know him and the rest of its leaders, and disagree with their leadership style, which explains their determination to exercise their rights as guaranteed in the Constitution.
